Love a bad girl look (obvies) . . .

Having a beauty day on pinterest (follow me FSAugusta) and love this look! Super clean line on the foundation front, with those gorgeous freckles still visible  allowing the heavy eyes lips & nails to spk for themselves and not be caked on to the MAX!  Although I have very mixed feelings about red lips on moi, I will be playing with this look on Saturday night . . . & I really need claw nails . . . I am joining the rest of the nail brigade and being a standard copy cat, but they are just too damn good.

I'VE GOT . . .

So I like designer bags (DUH) Wang, Chanel, Balanciaga, Celine I heart them all . . .

But I seem to have acquired some under eyes bags in the last two weeks - this is not a good look for me ha ha I guess I need to throw on some more Elemis or Espa eye goodies (spa time!) . . . but I like to think that at least my eye bags are I am sure designer, ha ha!

We are having a snow day & I love it!!! (OK to be honest this was the other day but for some reason this didn't actually post - my bad sorry - still wanted to post my snow outfit though!!)

I still think snow is pretty magical! And it means I get to wear fur & a beanie with out looking 'too' much of a poser!

This is my own little ode to a friend that has passed on all too soon 2/1/13.

My childhood friend who danced to the beat of his own drum.  

The best are always taken far too soon . . .

It always seems so cruel when you can see that someone has been taken far too young, in their prime when they are in the middle of loving life, but then I saw this on pinterest this week & decided this would be my mini ode (my silly version of a goodbye to you).

SHOUT OUT . . . YSL BLEU NO MAJORELLE 18 NAIL POLISH

Just a shoot out I am reallllly liking this polish - purchased after seeing it on pinterest (follow me peeps) . . .

Yves Saint Laurent No18 Bleu Majorelle is really great - its kind of like a slightly lighter cobalt blue - but fits into that family off colour if that makes any sense! And we all know my LOVE of cobalt blue.

My advice is BUY AND TRY for yourself.

SO THIS IS SUNDAY NIGHT

How has this week gone so fast, 2013 don't run away too quickly . . .

Tonight is my ideal type or working Sunday, working on the blog & trying to finalist some cool new plans for a future FSAugusta stockist, and working on some new imagery . . . & then maybe just checking out ALL the other blogs I follow!

So I am not sure if you guys all like my LOOK OF THE DAYS or not?!

SKYLAR LIBERTY ROSE, CREATIVE CULTURE & NEW YORK CITY BABY . . .

My friend Skylar & I have many things income (well I like to think we do because of my huge admiration for her ha ha!!!) but one of those things is a love of NY!!! She is New York obsessed & I well I just God Damn love America & yes one of my fav cities is  of course naturally most definitely 'The Big Apple' . . . 

I have been meaning to feature a little of Skylars' work on my blog for quite some time but because I have been integrally lazy when it comes to blogging it hasn't happened, so sorry Skylar & sorry readers because I am sure you will like what you see . . .

There are so many great images that I could have picked to show you BUT as this is your intro to Sklyar I thought I would show you these New York pics as it reminds me of exactly this time last year when we were both there at the same time having a total and utter mother f**king blast . . . I hope that we will both be back over that side of the pond at the same time very soon!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013 IS GONNA F**KING ROCK . . .

Happy New Year Everyone!

I am really excited about 2013 because my friend Rosa has been telling me for well over a year now that 2013 is THE year . . . &  I have decided to take her word for it . . .

I feel confident that she has some kind of insider info from somewhere . . . I tell you now DEAR you better be right! 

I can feel a change in the air already 2013 is gonna be a gooden maybe it's the placebo effect but whatever I am going with it!

2012 you weren't all bad you actually had some amazing FUCKING moments & life changing experiences but in the grand scheme of things you were definitely not kind to me, 2012 was not my year, hell to the no! So 2013 I hope you don't follow suit . . .

Me and My Dali Ring are gonna knock em dead in 2013 (not exactly sure who we are knocking dead but what eves), I just wanted to say THANK YOU . . . whether you are a friend, a fan or a blog reader thanks so much for your continued support with FSAugusta & well me too . . . it means the world & long may it continue . . . because I love what I do here & with the bling!! (a lot)

Can't wait to ring (get my corny pun?!)in the changes and grow this year . . . lets do this!!

Dear Larry Hagman aka JR Ewing I loved you . . . (A LOT)

Every one who knows me know this is true . . .

I am a massive Dallas fan and thanks to CBS I get to watch it A LOT . . .

The new season I haven't watched it at all . . . this was a purposeful move . . .I have watched previews & read all about it & I am super glad that it has been the success it has been . . . but for me as I watch the old school eps so much I didn't like the realization that yes people age & times they are a changin! And what the hell do you mean you have 'updated' Southfork I don't think so that's just no OK . . . In my head this is a real place & a time warp & I love it . . . and in part the time warps is why.

I had watched it on and off when I was much younger but a few years ago I saw a pick on my beloved Sue Ellen on a blog somewhere & of course being the swaggy gorgeous gal that she is her earrings caught my eye . . . so when we were looking at inspirational people to research for our Glitz Range Sue Ellen for me came into play for me & I started watching Dallas DVDs on repeat to look at all that gorgeous sawg . . . and this, well this is where my real love for JR EWING began . . . 

I had seen him in I Dream of Genie before too (which I too was a fan off) but this was something new . . . the power that exuded from JR Ewing . . . the cow boy hats, that accent, those mean spirited quick witted quips, and his wondering eye, well he was something else all together & this is where my obsession began.

I adore JR & Sue Ellen together & I adore how close they are in the really world too  . . . (sometimes I will on occasion admit to my self Dallas may in fact not be real, and I am so glad that 'Sue Ellen & Bobby Ewing' were really at Larry Hagmans bedside as he passed, it makes my Dallas world all the more real) . . . 

JR & Sue Ellen were just THE BEST ON SCREEN COUPLE EVES! The love & the hatred, the breaking up the scheming & the getting back together & the fashion & style of those too - for me is just so magnetic . . .
